  • Teen Dating Violence: Participants will learn about healthy relationships, identify red flags in unhealthy relationships, and develop strategies for preventing and responding to teen dating violence.
  • College to Careers (Project Rebound): This section provides resources and guidance for individuals transitioning from college to careers, with a particular focus on supporting formerly incarcerated individuals through Project Rebound. It includes:
    • Academic advising
    • Career counseling
    • Internship opportunities
    • Resume and cover letter writing workshops
    • Interview skills training
    • Financial aid and scholarship application assistance
  • Team Building (Developing Positive Relationships): Participants will engage in activities and discussions designed to foster collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Job Training: This component equips participants with essential job search skills, including:
    • Resume building
    • Cover letter writing
    • Interviewing techniques
    • Networking strategies
  • Internships: Participants will relate to internship opportunities to gain practical experience in their field of interest.
  • Tour Colleges: College tours will expose participants to different campus environments and academic programs, helping them make informed decisions about their educational future.
  • Visualize Success: This segment utilizes visualization techniques and goal-setting exercises to help participants define their aspirations and develop a roadmap for achieving them.
